Ballera, located in Brookfield, provides dance accessories, footwear and apparel. For your convenience, we have comprised a list of FAQ’s below from over the years to assist with any questions you might have!

Do you offer discounts?

We hold many sales throughout the year that you can find out about by “liking” us on Facebook or signing up for our email list by clicking here.

I want to take a dance class. Where should I go?

We love helping people out with this question. Whether you’re a new or experienced dancer, there is a studio out there that is right for you. We are lucky to be surrounded by a plethora of amazing dance studios and even have a display in the boutique with dozens of studio brochures. We would be happy to speak with you about your specific needs and preferences so that we may point you in the right direction.

Do you carry products and shoes for adults?

Yes! In fact, most of our boutique is full of adult sized clothing. We’re proud to be “not your average dance store,” offering products that advanced dancers truly need and want for class. We have gained a reputation for offering a bigger “fashion” leotard selection than many other dance stores, mostly because we’re run by all dancers, and we’re simply leotard addicts ourselves. Our child size clothing runs from size 2-14, and our adult sized clothing goes from there all the way up to 4X in some styles.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes! You can purchase a gift certificate in person at our retail store in Brookfield. Treat your gift certificate like cash as it cannot be replaced. Gift Certificates are final sale.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash and most major credit cards. Personal checks are not accepted.

What is your return policy?

Online Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags and packaging. You must have receipt.

For online orders we have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the day of purchasing your item to request a return, depending on the type of return your requesting. Please call during regular business hours to speak to a Ballera representative on further details.

Exchange: 30 days from the date of original order. The customer pays a $5.00 shipping and handling fee. You may also choose in-store exchange.

Full-refund: 30 days from date of original order. The customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

In-Store Return Policy

All returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt. NO CASH refunds.

Merchandise not worn can be returned when accompanied by a sales receipt and returned within 10 days from date of purchase for EXCHANGE, IN-STORE CREDIT, OR RECREDIT TO CARD. All special orders, worn, altered, marked, sewn, or abused merchandise will NOT be accepted. Due to STATE HEALTH CODE all tights, women’s undergarments, Men’s dance belts, that have been worn or tried on may NOT be returned.

ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS!!
